The customer fills out the online form (wood type, length, moisture, packaging, volume). A personalized quote is automatically generated with a unique number (DEV-2025-XXX). -
Quote Validation
The quote is only validated after full payment.
• No cash payments accepted.
• Full payment (100%) is required to convert the quote into a firm order. -

The quote is valid for 7 business days from generation. After this period, prices may be revised.
2. Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of full payment, the customer receives:

4. Delivery

- Free delivery for orders > 20 steres
- Shipping fees calculated for orders < 20 steres
- Lead time: 5 to 7 business days depending on volume
International Delivery
- Quote only
- Customs, sea freight, and taxes at customer's expense
- Lead time: 5 to 7 days
Reception Conditions
The customer must be present or represented. On-site verification of volume and quality. Signature of the delivery note.
5. Guarantees & Responsibilities
- Wood quality: compliant with NF B 53-500 standard
- Moisture guaranteed: Dry < 20%, Semi-dry 20–30%, Wet > 30% (on request)
- Moisture guaranteed: Dry < 20%, Semi-dry 20–30%, Wet > 30% (on request)
- Liability: no post-delivery damage (improper storage)
